If you were jailed at a local police station for allegedly committing a crime, you have a statutory period of 3 days maximum to be in that cell, after which the police will have to forward both you and your complainant to a court. If the statutory period has exceeded with no action, please contact us for immediate action.
If you or someone you know have be committed or forward to a central prison by a court pending trial, the statutory period must not exceed 30days or one calendar month. If you have exceeded the statutory period, please contact us for help.
